About FLEX
A Dallas staffing firm built on hospitality experience
FLEX Staffing began as a small Dallas firm specializing in janitorial and housekeeping services. Today, led by owners with decades of hospitality experience, we staff hotels, resorts, country clubs, schools, restaurants, churches and warehouses across the metroplex — with a proven track record of providing talented temporary and full-time workers. Our standard is simple: quality, consistency and steadfastness on every shift.
What we staff
Six service lines. One accountable partner.
Every candidate is screened, vetted and briefed before day one. Every shift is backed up. Choose a single department or hand us the whole operation.
Kitchen Staffing
Skilled kitchen professionals who slot into your line without slowing service.
Banquet Staffing
Polished front-of-house teams for weddings, galas and corporate events of any size.
Golf Course Staffing
Grounds and service crews that keep your course tournament-ready, season after season.
Warehouse Staffing
Vetted, safety-trained warehouse workers on demand — screened for skills and experience, ready before their first shift.
Janitorial Staffing
Commercial cleaning teams for hotels, resorts, clubs, schools, restaurants and churches — consistent quality, every visit.
Why properties choose FLEX
Staffing that shows up — and stands behind every shift
We built FLEX for the days that break other agencies: full occupancy, tournament weekends, event season and the 6 a.m. call-out.
✓
Screened & vetted candidates
Every worker is candidate-screened and skill-checked for experience before they ever set foot on your property.
⚑
Safety training before day one
Warehouse and facilities staff complete safety training before their first shift — not after an incident.
↻
Guaranteed absence backup
Someone calls out? We fill the gap. Your operation never runs short because a shift went unfilled.
💬
Bilingual team
English–Spanish coordination with supervisors and staff alike, so nothing gets lost between the office and the floor.
📅
Flexible engagements
Short-term coverage, seasonal contracts or temp-to-full-time placements — structured around your calendar, not ours.
